Not quite sure what is the net(Internet or private), but it looks like
you are looking for a VPN that allows people to connect to you and
then you can use a NAT box to connect to the net. If you have money
you can go for some Nortel Contivity hardware or you can build it
yourself with IPSec.

The main thread would probably be the clients.
