Try to find the particular versions of different services and patch
levels of the systems. They seem to be Windows based on the ports
that are open. Using a tool like Nessus could tell you some of what
is vulnerable. On the network side of things, if spanning tree is
running, you could use a tool like yersinia to become the root bridge.
 You can use Cain and Able to perform a MITM attack to see all traffic
between one or more hosts. Make sure sure to check out the trust
relationships between different computers and figure out how you can
exploit that. If you have layer 2 access, the possiblities are
endless....
