('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) J_K9

In addition to these I would most probably use:

Linux:

cisco-torch - dependant on the router in question
xprobe
hydra
paketto suite
amap
firewalk
ikescan
SARA
firefox
alongside the ones you've mentioned already.

Build instructions, links, command syntax and sample output available from: http://www.vulnerabilityassessment.co.uk

Windows
GFI Languard
wikto - find this is much better than nikto
nstealth
superscan
solarwinds suite
firefox
ethereal
securityforest exploitation framework

You've not mentioned the possibility of any databases within the target network. If this was the case I would utilise:

OAT
Oscanner
Winsid
Oracle Client
AppDetective
NGS Squirrel for SQL/Oracle/Sybase etc.

There are quite a few I've missed out which are quite specialised and do specific tasks but you can't really list a full set of tools perse as each task changes which tools are utilised as you get further into the network. It is the results from initial scans that will determine what other tools you use and in what order

Hope this is of help
