hi there
    I agree with Zdmja, NMAP do about 7 tcp port test, 1 udp port test
and 1 tcp seq num test. One could not only change TTL to cheat NMAP.
    I am not exactly know what you intend to do. If you want NMAP
false positive report your OS, you could start a firewall. If you
want to do other thing, tell me.
