I'd like to chime in with a small but important point. From our
experience as pen-testers, in particular when engaged by large
corporations with a serious IT staff, an important part of the value
your customer expects is a closing meeting where you summarize key
results of the test, and answer questions by technical people on the
customer's side (as well as selling your consulting services ;)

This is also a key requirement in OSSTMM, you mind, so you could very
well say it's into the "best practices"

Regards,
Stefano
