I would use nmap.
Find out your IP address (ifconfig) and then scan everything in your
subnet using OS detection. Obviously the gateway is your router.
Everything in your subnet should be in the same vlan.
Then nmap everything else on the internal class range to see what is up.
You can then use more detailed nmap scans once you know what is up and
where.
Nessus can also be run from the the command line to check for specific
vulnerabilities and un-patched boxes.

Audit your website security with Acunetix Web Vulnerability Scanner:

Hackers are concentrating their efforts on attacking applications on your
website. Up to 75% of cyber attacks are launched on shopping carts, forms,
login pages, dynamic content etc. Firewalls, SSL and locked-down servers are
futile against web application hacking. Check your website for vulnerabilities
to SQL injection, Cross site scripting and other web attacks before hackers do!
