windows, nessus scanner, and a VPN

Hey all,

Quick question. I'm writing a few scripts to pretty up the nessus output
for 2 clients. I found the nessus-xml parser in both perl and php.
This is great for the external scans we do via a linux box and nessus.

Now for the question. Does anyone know of a scanning tool that runs on
windows (Due to the different VPN clients used) other then NeWT. I
don't have $7000 plus the $1200 a year in my budget for one scanning
tool.

Now, I have seen X-SCAN 3.3, which can use the nessus plugins (score one
for them), but does anyone know of a txt or xml parser for it? Does
anyone know of a windows based scanning tool that uses nessus plugins,
and has an XML output with a php or perl parser, and doesn't cost an arm
and a leg?

Thanks,

Mike
