If he has local admin rights to the box, send him an email and trick him
into downloading something.

Pretend to be a Janitor and get physical access to the building.

If there are company secrets/databases on a laptop, steal the laptop.

Just a question here...

XP sp2
All patches
Firewall enabled

You obviously think that isn't enough... what do 'you' think needs to be
done for better security? Where do you think the low hanging fruit is?
The weakest link? The lowest common denominator and all the cliches?

Heck if there's 98/NT's in that network and 135-139 is open....lmhash
anyone? How good are the passwords?.. I'll betcha THAT's your weakest
link. Lift up the keyboard...see if it's stuck under the keyboard on a
post-it note.
