Again,

After reviewing Cain & Abel, it provides a nice little demo trick,
but it does still optimal network configuration settings for
firewalls, intrustion detection, intrusion prevention, media gateway
settings for QOS, MOS, and jitter, packet shaping for VoIP network
architectures.
