A good collection of Windows wireless tools can be found at:
http://www.toolcrypt.org

You will need to download and install Airopeek drivers if you want to put
the card into monitor mode. You will definitely need an Airopeek compatible
wireless card and you may have to update the card's firmware in some cases
(Windows doesn't like all this too much though and the wireless capabilities
of SP2 will sometimes stop working with your cards).

I would nevertheless strongly suggest you try all this with Linux. It is
easier and there are far more tools. A good option is using a CD-ROM
distribution like Auditor that allows you to boot from CD to do your
Wireless Pen Test. You will need to configure a partition/disk or a large
USB thumbdrive to store the pcap files.
