ANYONE can use the google api so your concept of 'a google accepted tool'
doesn't make an awful lot of sense. Are you suggesting that Google would filter
searchs from the web interface and not through the API? Right.

this is definitely not in response to SiteDigger, but SantyWorm.
SiteDigger uses GoogleAPI and is therefore a Google accepted tool.
Athena in contrast doesn't.
