as for delving deeper.. there's a distribution out that is
specifically geared to computer forensics, and recovery. It's called
Helix < http://www.e-fense.com/helix/ >. Very much worth a look. Has
wifi capabilities, kismet, and all the other nifty tools...
"Helix is used by SANS for training in Track 8: System Forensics,
Investigation and Response."
