Paper: The Invisible Catalog

Hi all,

Another TIC issue has been published at
https://www.isecom.org/tic/TIC_mar2004.htm. This issue's editorial is
about the other half of Internet application testing which I thought
many of you find interesting. Also, the three featured catalog items are:

   - The Hole Appliance
It's time to throw your security into a hole! The hole security testing
appliance is ready for shipping and comes in three colors: cold black,
hot black, and midnight.

   - Watchdog
It's such a simple web plug-in you'll wonder why you didn't think of it
first! Practical and handy like a flashlight but brighter than a
lighthouse! Look into the darkest recesses of a website while surfing it!

   - The Karap System
Aggressive attackers require aggressive measures. This is just the
system to search and destroy crackers, hackers, spammers, and everything
inbetween. Don't let them walk all over you! Let our fully automated,
A.I.-based karap security pick the battles and fight back!

(Products are hypothetical and based on a security catalog in Bizarro
world so please don't contact us about them.)

Sincerely,
-pete.
