FYI,

HailStorm at the time was created by Greg Hoglund - writer of the NTRootkit.
HailStorm is being promoted these days by the same team, called Cenzic
(www.cenzic.com), formerly known as "ClickToSecure". HailStorm is still (in
much improved form) there, FYI.
