Out of curiosity, why? If you're just talking at the TCP level,
it doesn't matter what the underlying crypto software is, your
app will never see it.

So, is it because you want to extend a proxy and are more comfortable
with CryptoAPI, or you don't want to install the OpenSSL libs, or
something similar?
