Thanks everyone who replied to the original email and tested out the
Inprotect software.
Thanks for the feedback.
Software worked for some of you, for some it didn't.
It is beta, so there are some bugs, which are being fixed and new features
added to improve the software.

If you had liked the software, I encourage you to upgrade to the latest
release.
Version 0.17 includes bug fixes reported in 0.16 release.

It also has a new feature called "Intelligent" scan, which may speed-up
traditional
Nessus scanning. Internal test shows Nessus scan performance increase by 1.5
- 14 times per system scanned.
"Intelligent" scan is achieved by performing full vulnerability scan against
a system to determine vulnerabilities.
The following ("Intelligent") scans will be performed based on results of
the full scan,
where only previously detected vulnerabilities will be verified and all new
and modified Nessus plugins will be executed.
(Sort of differential scan.)

Thanks again,

Alex Zimin, CISSP
