It seems obvious to me, at least, that many people have sufficiently
unique names so as to make their employer obvious if they post under
their own name.
...and it seems equally obvious to me that somebody in a sensitive
position isn't going to post from a domain that's clearly linked
to them.
Beyond that, as has been said many times, it doesn't really matter if
a person is "Joe Blow", "Fook Yoo", or "rainforestpuppy". It's all
about the credibility that they've established under that identity.
