I bought that book and refer very often.
Basicaly, it seems, it will be same logic, algorithm, and architecture.
But fine fix and update must be.
Google's R&D staff will have good motivations, and they wanna tune and grade up their child products.

You should take the book only reference manual.
Not depend upon.

Increesing the needs and publisher will think about next edition, maybe.
