('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) Good question. Hard to answer without knowing more about your network.
You'll probably need to discuss this with your network folks to see if you have any critical apps that run on these ports, and need to be accessed from outside. While you are at it, you may want to ask about 3389 and maybe even 53, too.
