Hi Mike,
There's an open source project called Inprotect that will help with
vulnerability tracking, although not remediation tracking (as yet).
It went through a very quite patch for a couple of years but a number of
developers have got together and since August have been actively working
on the project.
Remediation tracking is one of the major feature items we have on the To
Do list.
Pop along to http://inprotect.sourceforge.net/ to have a look at the
project page.
