Pen-testing is fun for a while. In fact the acutal testing is still fun, but if you don't like travel, living away from home a lot and writing big boring reports every week - then best look for something else.

I would advise anyone in security to do it for at least a few months though. You will learn *much* *Much* more than on a CISSP course for instance.
