ARP Spoofing may be out, but is social engineering in? You may be able to get an account that way - fake websites, emails and ignorant people are goldmines! ;o) ... else you could just get them to give you a generic account as separate tests of "what can I get without an account?" and "what can I get with an unprivileged account?".

Yep, all the programs that I mentioned should be available on the net. Maybe check out the tools section of the Hacking Exposed website (foundstone), or obviously google.
