If you check out the pentesting mindmap I have help author with
Toggmeister (www.vulnerabilityassessment.co.uk), there is a section on
physical security (as well as others!). You will need to install
Freemind (it's free!) to view the mindmap in its true form, but you
can view it as html too.
It was built as a testing framework more than a checklist, but it will
give you a start.
