As For the backdoor it does exist i got confirmation from a trusted
source this time.
Because it is an EEPROM it does not need to be powered by a battery to
hold the password.

For my demonstration i used an enclosure pulled out the Hard Disk and
mounted it as a USB drive DD it and mounted it on my lappy.
Any ways thanks for you're replies.
Off-topic I'm going to research the back door password as the idea of
back door password just freaks me out.
