I think you're looking for chntpw;
http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/ provides a bootable solution that
works very well. It can also be used against AD as well by using a
vulnerability in the default screensaver. I know there is a link to how to
go about this, but I can't find it right now.
