Cenzic offeres nessus daemon for windows v2.x
Tennable just released Nessus3 for win32 ( basicly Newt thrown
around a windows daemon )
Also, Xscan from Xfocus.org uses the nasl engine.

Core Impact is more tailored to exploiting found vulnerabilitys as is
Metasploit and Canvas, these are post-vulnerability assessment tools.

In my experience I have found nearly any tool I need for vuln / pentest
work in a windows program. You can always use live linux cd's to
use what ever does not work in a win32 environment ( like Backtrack from
http://www.remote-exploit.org )
