('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) Here is a new GUI tool, SMAC, for changing MAC address on Windows 2000 &
XP.

Here is the steps:

1. Install and run the program
2. select the NIC that you want to spoof the MAC address
3. type in the new MAC address
4. disable and enable your NIC card or reboot your system.

That's all. You will see a brand new MAC for your win2k/XP system!
