pccom hangs setting tty flags

This is a known problem in 2.3, reported by Constantine Sapuntzakis (see http://www.sigmasoft.com/~openbsd/bugs/msg01228.html). This has been fixed in 2.4, if you choose to upgrade instead.

Temporary work-around:

at the bootloader's boot> prompt, enter "-c" to get into the UKC. at the UKC> prompt, enter the following:

	disable pccom*
	disable pccom1
	disable pccom2
	disable pccom3
	quit
The system should come up, and you can then build a new kernel.

--dugsong.
