There are some pretty good pointers in INSTALL.i386 on the
FTP sites or on your CD. Here's my rundown (I wrote the 
Linux+Win95 mini-howto in 1994...):

1. Setup your machine appropriately:
	o Windows on one primary partition
	o A bunch of free space left on the disk
2. Perform the OpenBSD install. Once you get to "fdisk" in the
install program DON'T type "reinit". Instead, just label the
free partition as partition type "A6". Proceed with the install
as normal.
3. When you reboot, reboot into DOS. Install the "os-bs" utility.
This can be found on your CD or on the FTP site under
/tools/osbs135.exe. This is a self-extracting archive. It is a pretty
hand-holding program, and it will allow you to select which system you
want to default boot after a timeout, and let you select the different
OSes you want to use.
