We have a n4000 running 11.11i with a VA7400 attached. The VA7400 has a
amber lite. How do we find out what that means? We'd like to upgrade the
firmware for both the array and the disks inside the array to see if that
helps. My questions are as follows:
1) Can the array firmware be upgrade by a user or does HP need to do it?
2) Where can we find the most current firmware if we can do ourselves?
3) How do we find out what is causing the amber lite.
