[HPADM] Restrict process to one server only

All,

I need to restrict a certain program to one processor
only on a multi-processor machine. That is to say,
the processes for that program run on a particular
processor only. Sharing that one processor with all
the other processes is fine, but everything from the
one program needs to run on the one only.

Is this possible without rewriting the application?
