[HPADM] Finding the release notes for a patch

Recently tried to install QPKBASE on a system.

It cannot boot anymore. I overlooked trying to look
at any patch release notes.

Can I find the release notes for QPKBASE/QPKAPPS online?

I probably should have installed in level 1, but installed
in level 5.
