[HPADM] Reboot Problem

Hello All,

I have a HP 9000 D Class server machine, suddenly it become crashed. When i try to Hard boot this machine then it is going to firmware,
At this stage i run the search command to find the bootable path, but this command become fail after a short while.
when i try to boot this using the primary path or alternate path it shows an error message failed to initialize. and at the LCD display it is showing a WARN 80F5 and I/O CPU 0.

What can i do to recover from this problem.
