Good night:
In our installation we have a developer trying to use "gdb" on two HPUX
11.0 systems (he's testing a program).
He told me that in one of the servers gdb runs fine, but in the other
there's a problem.
When he tries to execute /opt2/langtools/bin/gdb (in the server with the
problem), there's a message stating: "Switch to PA64 mode failed".
So, the next try is to use /opt2/langtools/bin/gdb64, under this
circumstance, the debugger starts normally, and shows the source of the
program, but when the user intends to use it, he gets the following
message:
Starting program: /opt/itx/pablo/precompra -n -M -A01
Version of shared library /usr/lib/pa20_64/libcl.2 not understood.
Does anybody has an idea about solving this?
Where can I find more information?
Thank in advance!
Regards
Ignacio
