I'm probably wrong now.
But you could try this

allow 192.142.0-31.* 192.142.33-255.* 192.142.32.0-12
192.142.32.15-255

Before asking here, I googled but did not find what I need.

How to do the following task in 'inetd.sec' file:

Allow all 192.142.*.* to access 'telnet' but not 192.142.32.13 & 192.14= 2.32.14 (bogus IPs)

I tried:

Add one line (this does not work)
telnet    allow  192.142.*.*   deny 192.142.32.13 192.142.32.14

Added two lines: (this does not work either)
telnet    allow  192.142.*.*
telnet    deny   192.142.32.13 192.142.32.14

Thanks for your help.
