Hi,
I have a HP DDS1 tape 90m 4 gb 2:1 compression Dat tape.
As i understand i can store 4 gb uncompressed data and 8gb compressed data.
but some how this tape does not accepts that big data.So i was looking for
info , where i know how many bits per inch this tape store, so that i can
exactly caluculate its possible storage capacity.
Will apprecite any hints for this.

Sonia.
