Hi,
In one of our N class server, if I telnet to the server it takes lot of
time to throw back me the login and password prompt and after I login
also it takes hell lot of time to get me login prompt. CPU is
utilization is negligible, MEM and swap are 97% and 75%. Total memory
available is 5.5 GB and 4 CPU's. There are 23 instances of Oracle
running on this server. Can anyone tell me how to what's wrong with the
server? How to make the server to respond fast?
