[HPADM] DD HELP!

Just a question.

dd if=/dev/rdsk/(drive1) of=/dev/rdsk/(drive2) bs=64

Doesn't the previous command copy EVERYTHING on the disk. If so then why
would I need to lifcp or dd the uxboot ?

Maybe I give dd to much credit.
