[HPADM] ftp logging?

 Admins;

 We wish to enable logging of ftp activity on HP-UX 11.11.
We want to enable anonymous ftp only, logging all activity to syslog.
This would include the logging of all ftp 'gets' and also the logging of any
ftp 'put' attempts.
We do not wish to enable real user ftp.
How would the /etc/passwd file entry look for the anonymous ftp account?
This is a trusted system.
What entries would be made in /etc/ftpd/ftpaccess?
How would the ftp entry look in /etc/inetd.conf, i.e., "ftp stream tcp
nowait root /usr/lbin/ftpd ftpd -l -u 022 -L -i -a"?
What arguments should be used, i.e., -L? -i? -a?

Thank you for your time.
