OK, I just upgraded my N4000 from 11.00 to 11.11 (cold install). Because
the box has 3.5GB of RAM, the installation process allocated 4GB to /swap,
leaving only 5GB or so for the O/S on the 9GB internal drive. The O/S
install used up the entire disk, and /usr is 88% full. I can't install the
latest patch set because of this.
What part of the default installation can be removed to free up space in
/usr and /opt? I see a bunch of things I don't need, like Apache and Tomcat
webservers, software build kits, etc. What about this stuff?
