Something still has some part of vg01 in use.
 
"mount |grep vg01"
 
If this is not revealing, then "grep vg01 /etc/fstab" and *confirm* that
everything is gone, including any swap partitions.

I have an AutoRAID subsystem that has three volume groups defined within. I
unmounted everything from vg01 and tried this:
 
    # vgchange -a n vg01
    vgchange: Couldn't deactivate volume group "vg01":
    Device busy
 
So, what might cause this? Is this due to the other volume groups using the
same physical device (AutoRAID's are magic). Thanks!
