[HPADM] Help with character replacement

There is probably a simple solution to this but I can't find it.

I have a file in the format of:

Lastname,Firstname,MI
or
Lastname,Firstname,

I want to put a space between the first comma and the Firstname and change the second comma to a space.

Any ideas?
