Hi there
You basicly need to parse all the *.html file trouh the php module of the apache.
To do this you should modify this line to your httpd.conf file:
original: AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
modified: AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .html

Php works only if the file have .php extension.
