It is noted that on a Tru64 box ( both 4.0g and 5.x) there is a option in the
stty program called dec which sets all modes suitable for all dec terminals.
Which is not included in hpux. Also by default in the skel .profile file the
stty is set dec by using stty dec command for when the DT variable is not
set.
In future releases of the combined hpux/tru64 should this variable be added
into the hpux stty program?
