[HPADM] Scripting a Secure FTP

I am a bit confused on the series of event that have to be done in order to transfer file via sftp in a cronjob.

At present I have OpenSSH_3.6.1 on HPUX 11.0 and I am able to manually transfer file to a Windows box via sftp. Previous I was using just ftp in my script, but for obvious reason need to change to a secure transfer. What do I need to do to script this so that I can run as a cronjob. In particular, the passwd portion entry. And also what has to be done on the Windows server?

Thanks in advance.
