[HPADM] Add user to cluster package

Hello admins

I have a request to add a user to a "package xy in a cluster". (the user
xy should belong to a package yz). Can anyone assist me in how to do
this, I would be really greatful. (the cluster consists of 2 nodes is
that helps)
