Subject: [HPADM] Any way to RESTART the network in hpux, versus
'/sbin/init.d/net stop' and '/sbin/init.d/net start'?
Hello,
Was wondering if there is a way to "restart" the network in hpux,
versus '/sbin/init.d/net stop' and '/sbin/init.d/net start' ?
I ask because I was in a situation today where the only means of remote
troubleshooting was via telnet.
A "stop" no doubt would have killed my telnet session.
I'm new to hpux (T64/Linux background) so any/all replies are
appreciated.
Regards,
