Greeting,

I am trying to backup from our system, result is both failed. What are the
things I need to check or to know in order to fix this?

1) DDS3 drive
2) DLT 7000

::> tar cvf /dev/rmt/1mnb /etc/hosts
tar: cannot open /dev/rmt/1mnb

::> lssf /dev/rmt/1mnb
stape card instance 6 SCSI target 0 SCSI LUN 0 berkeley no rewind best

::> tar cvf /dev/rmt/0mnb /etc/hosts
tar: cannot open /dev/rmt/0mnb

tape2 card instance 4 SCSI target 1 SCSI LUN 0 berkeley no rewind best
density available at address 10/4/4.1.0 /dev/rmt/0mnb
