Thank to Claudiu.Schmidt@Roche.com
and Medaglia, Chris [cmedagli@Lifelinesys.com]
which gave me a way to find what I need
using cstm :

svr1:root> cstm
cstm>map
cstm>sel dev 36 (36 is the devnum for my memory)
cstm>info
cstm>il

This runs if you have diagnostic installed on the system.
Others replies comes with other methods, not tried, from
Quinn, Bryan [Bryan.Quinn@CooperTools.com]
Copeland, Daniel [Daniel.Copeland@alcoa.com]
Epstein, Kevin [kepstein@uti.co.za]

echo "phys_mem_pages/D" | adb64 -k /stand/vmunix /dev/mem
-------
SAM > Performance Monitors > System Properties > Memory
-------
Run mstm, hit OK (F2), scroll down until you find memory,
highlight it, go to tools, information, and run. This
will show you the DIMMs that are populated as well as
the total memory.
-------
grep Phy /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log
-------
use the command dmesg as root.

Question was:
=============
Is there another [as "top"] free unix command to
monitor the ram?

Best regards,
Stefano
