Hi list,
We have moved an X-terminal from one V-lan to another. So the x-terminal got a new IP-address. I have modified the bootptab, and the terminal get the new ip-address, and is able to boot from the server.
However, at the end of the boot sequence, I should get a screen in which I can make a choice to which server to login. But this doesn't happen. I get a grey screen, and that's it.
In diagnostics I can view the logfile, it says:
Attempting XDM host: 'nodename'
XDM host 'nodename' unwilling to manage.
We are not getting any further, please advice.
Tia,
Best regards,
Arie Beuker.
